From the beginning of booking to our arrival, the experience was smooth and pleasant. We had prompt and clear communication from the start and our driver was early for pick up and so professional. He would chat if we wanted, but was comfortable with silence if we weren’t talking. He had great social awareness. He was a safe but efficient driver and we arrived at the airport at the expected time. I would book again!

We spent the day with David. He was absolutely great! He did everything possible to make our day enjoyable. Our plans canceled due to the weather but David saved the day by coming up with alternative things for us to do. He showed us many beautiful places on the island. We used Kauai town car service for pick and drop off from the airport. They were super convenient and the driver is very knowledgeable about the island. The car was spotless and them giving you a water bottle and towelettes to freshen up from your travels was very nice.
